Coral Honeysuckle is a twiggy climber with oblong-lance-shaped dark green leaves and beautiful tubular flowers. The tubular flowers are scarlet orange with yellowish-orange insides, flowers are present from late spring to autumn followed by bright red berries. The interesting flowers are borne at the end of terminal leaf whorls making this honeysuckle a unique addition to any garden. Coral Honeysuckle can be woven through lattice or trained as a small shrub, an evergreen in warmer climates and deciduous in cold regions. Best grown in well-drained, humus-rich soil in full-sun to partial shade. Water regularly during the summer and fertilize with a balanced formula every month at the recommended rate.
