Dwarf form. Mounding growth habit, compact branches. Dark green rather small oval leaves with black fruit in fall. Prefers sun to partial shade in moist, well-drained soil. Feed with a general purpose fertilizer before new growth begins in spring. A great boarder plant, with little pruning needed.
