Thanks for your answer could I also ask if and when we could transplant the rudbeckia to a more suitable site.
Answer
Spring or fall is always the best times to relocate plants, that way you avoid the extreme hot and cold. In the case of the Rudbeckia being a perennial would recommend transplanting in the fall so plant has time to adapt to the new location before the spring growth.
