Fertilizing in zone 14

I live in zone 14 Manteca , CA 95336 can I fertilize Podocarpus trees, bougainvilleas, hibiscus and agapanthus right now.
Answer
Fall is a great time to fertilize your hardwoods, the podocarpus, bougainvillea and hibiscus. The agapanthus on the other should be fertilized in the spring monthly until they flower.
