Drooping Gerbera Daisies

Mrgie asks:

Question

What can I do to restore my drooping gerbera daisies the leaves are also affected?

Answer

Sounds like a water/sun issue Gerbera daisies tend to be sensitive to over and under watering, if planted in full sun the plant most likely will require additional water. It is also important to make sure the plant is in a moist but well drained location or pot, wet feet is not a friend of the Gerbera daisy. In most climates Gerbera daisies do best in dappled light or partial shade, avoid placing the plant in a location where it will receive direct sunlight at the hottest part of the day (Usually between 2-4p).

Hope these tips help, happy gardening!
